Description
Removal of interior partitions to open the floor plan and reconstruction of the majority of interior spaces. An existing staircase was removed in the entry and the void was filled in to match the surrounding existing details. Linoleum flooring was removed, and the wood floor underneath was sanded and refinished. An existing staircase in the kitchen / living area was removed and rebuilt to create a better circulation pattern. This project dramatically improves the quality of the interior space due to the removal of many unecessary wall partitions and an improved circulation pattern.
